How we work
We do not use expensive offices, because we do not need them. Keeping our overheads low is one of the ways in which we deliver excellent value.
We spend time with our clients: on assignments we always ensure that we allocate ample time to meetings and discussions with the client staff involved. This enables us to fully understand their perspective – which is key to generating workable solutions or options.
Many of our assignments are international: in order to acquire local insights and overall breadth of knowledge, we have established links with highly qualified network partners in a number of key European markets.
Depending on the type and scope of assignment, we integrate them into the case team.
