Neil Craggs: Director of CVI Partners
Neil’s recent experience has been in corporate finance and strategy, during which he project managed the purchase and sale of businesses in Europe and North America.
He has a particular interest in international business and the impact of competition law having negotiated anti-trust clearance for the merger of two producers. Specific roles have included Director of Corporate Finance and Operations Manager for a global building Materials Group.
Neil was a Sloan Fellow at London Business School in 1994-5.
Rod Roberts-Dear: Associate Partner
Rod has extensive experience in business strategy, distribution and marketing. He has held several senior positions in the auto industry, ranging from Head of Strategic Planning and Global Marketing Director for a Tier 1 supplier to Country Manager for an international vehicle distributor.
He has a number of years of international consulting experience - with Mercer Management Consulting, Strategy Analytics and more recently Ricardo Strategy Consulting. His focus in recent years has been in the auto and clean energy sectors. He was joint founder of CVI Partners.
He has assisted manufacturers, suppliers and private equity firms on a range of issues, covering commercial due diligence, business strategy and the impact of new products and technologies.
